Recently on January 26th, when I saw the score on my Facebook page, it was at 3.2 (Good score).

On Saturday I checked again and it was at 0.6 (Horrible), I then removed this page from my BM, deleted it and created a new one, ran a recognition campaign on the new page and on the second page I started a conversion campaign.

The problem is that I noticed that my CPM increased from R$6 to R$10 and my cost per initiate checkout increased exorbitantly from R$4 to R$30, consequently not generating any sales, could I have had some restriction on Facebook or something? I did all these tests with open audiences targeting only age and gender, my pixel was already heated with more than 400 sales in the last few days and I honestly don't know what I can do anymore...

Your ads need good optimization

I'm thinking I was punished by Facebook because of the old page or something like that, I don't see any reason to optimize the audience any further since the pixel is fully optimized for the same audience that was already running for 1 month

Why did you delete the page if the page score didn’t affect your ads?

New campaigns need optimization too.

I simply deleted it because it happened that my page went down and my profile went with it, so I got scared and deleted it straight away, today I uploaded another product to test to see if the problem really is in my BM... I have a dropshipping store

I think you just need to edit the campaign to optimize. because the page doesn't affect too much
But what about the sudden increase in the cost per initial checkout? from R$5 to R$40, this is very strange to me, I spent more than 1 month with this cost due to low IC and only after changing the page did this absurd increase, could I really have received some kind of punishment from Facebook?

When creating a new page and campaigns, Facebook enters a learning phase, initially showing your ads to a broader audience to gather data and optimize delivery. This can lead to higher CPMs and lower performance initially.

that could also be a problem. If you change and the resulting cost is lower that's totally fine

Have you optimized your campaigns yet? And has your site done well for it? like filling out page information, seeding articles before advertising( this is very important) and one more thing is to have attractive content

Have you filled in all the information on the page yet?
Yes, I don't know what it could be anymore, a product doesn't just die out of nowhere, I didn't even climb properly...

Yes, the website is fully optimized, as I said I had already made more than 400 sales of the same product in less than 1 month, it was only when the page crashed that the product simply no longer sells, there is not even a checkout, the frequency of my campaigns is on average 1.03, I honestly don't know what it could be, a product doesn't just die like that...

This has nothing to do with the page, it's just about optimizing the ad.

With optimization, do you mean targeting the ages/positionings that sold the most in the last month?

Wow, I understand, how do I go directly to the audience that bought before? Can creating custom purchasing/IC audiences be a good idea?

Optimizing campaigns and budgets is important to reduce CPMs and conversion costs. Make sure you're using performance optimization options, like conversion goal optimization, to keep your campaigns effective.
