Find customers first especially because you can write complex scripts. Go join agency owner groups on Facebook, tell people you're a developer for data scraping bots and even share some work you've done. Eventually, people will come to you with requests.

Or if you know how to make chrome scraping extensions create very niche scraping bots and sell them on the Facebook groups.

It's better to go find a customer and figure out exactly what they need then scrape a bunch of data and hope someone buys it.

Facebook is difficult to scrape. They changed something recently and it's very difficult to get data now. But if I know one thing, then that just becasue it's difficult, it doesn't impossible. Someone will find a way around the block.
