Hello everyone, I have a casino affiliate website featuring the brand as my primary keyword for ranking. However, every time I post an article, it temporarily displaces my homepage in the main keyword ranking.
I suspect the issue may be related to the anchor text for my brand being too low. Has anyone else encountered this problem before?

Thin content + not enough backlinks pointing to homepage.

Try using different words when you link to your brand on your casino affiliate site to avoid bumping your homepage down in the keyword rankings every time you post an article.

thank you, i will try it!

It sounds like you might be experiencing keyword cannibalization, where multiple pages on your website are competing

for the same keyword. To avoid this you can optimize anchor text ,However keeping your brand name as a keyword is

important but dont over do like keyword stuffing...You can use variations of your keyword or related keywords also to make it

look more natural

If your homepage ranking drops when you post articles, it might be because your brand's link isn't strong enough. See if others in casino affiliate talks had the same problem.
