Let;s say I buy traffic for SEO purposes. If visitors do not use G chrome, but other browser. Would google be able to detect it and count towards website SEO ???

Google will be able to track clickthroughs from SERPs to your urls, and if your sites have Analytics installed they will be able to track traffic that way (providing the browser executes javascript). Apart from that, and unless the browser used is sending usage data back to Google, there won't be any way for Google to see the traffic.

Thanks. Lets say its not from SERPS but referral, from SM or direct.... Seems analytics is the only way for letting know to google... I underestimated its usefullness and never used it tbh.

You don't buy traffic for SEO purpose. I've never seen that work anywhere.

If you're talking about traffics that manipulate CTR through Google search, then Google would be able to track it through the links clicked on the SERP. But I still haven't seen any conclusive evidence that suggests even that would be improve your rank.

Yes, Google can still detect traffic from users who are not using Google Chrome. While Chrome is the most popular web browser globally, Google has multiple ways to track website traffic regardless of the browser used.

In case of any other search engine, Google may or may not be able to detect and count it towards your website SEO. Some search engines share data with google while others don't like Bing have their own webmaster tools.
