Instagram Boost Being Restricted / Payments Can't Be Added

Hi guys. I have an issue.

Recently, I think Instagram updated something.

- When buying accounts, I am getting 'Unusual Activity' when I try to Boost a post.
- On new accounts, it's not letting me add a payment method. It just says 'Something went wrong'
- When I login to Facebook, it just closes and re-opens Facebook.

I think Meta has changed something and its completely broken.
How can I fix this?
