How to reuse content for Instagram Reels ?

I want to use content from Tiktok to grow my Instagram accounts. Thing is that I get content that is used by other people and I do not want to have a problem with reach/shadowban.

My question is Do I actually need to edit those tiktoks to be different in case other people used them or Instagram doesn't care about that?

I use snaptik.app to download tiktok.

You can get a copyright from tiktok, in caption mention the credits as Tiktok: username as sometimes users will get really mad if you use their content

Play around with the video, add some random filters. Change metadata of the video perhaps. You will have to learn Adobe Premier Pro for it. This might help you.

If you can the best bet is usually editing the video in an editing software like capcut to make it different then the original, bonus points if you can even make it better quality content.
