Why stripe? There are thousands of small PSPs all over the world that are happy to take you on as a client.

As long as you have low/no CB: Just build WH shop, make legit company, register at hundreds of payment companies and funnel payments through them.
Most of them dont have any manpower or technology to check what you're doing. Only the big ones like Stripe, paypal etc have these resources.

If they ban you, just use next one. Of course you should have daily or at least 3-day payout to minimize risk of loss.

Of course this is only for GH stuff. Dont do anything illegal.

If you lose one account every other account that is used from same ip or connected to the same domain / website is getting instantly closed. I have already tried it . Stripe wont help.

the way to go is using several proxies

I know pretty well. Used it for 2 months, when they decided to close my account held for 3 months hundred thousands of dollars. At least after 3 months i got the payout . But yeah if you dont have any source of funds to work while they are held you are done .

No.. you let them review your WH store. They approve it and you use this account to funnel any payments through it that you want.

You dont need to send an email alone. You can also display payment links after user chose payment method. For emails you can use zapier. Many shopsystems should be able to send links after purchase, so this is no issue at all.

How to possibly create many accounts is the problem. I face the same issue with stripe and I am really looking for a solution to that.

yes i did use cloaker.they still can see where orders come from when they make further review of the account. Chargebacks are important too , not only cloaker.
