instagram problem to import an ID

Suddenly instagram suspends my account for no reason, and asks me for a phone number, email + verification by sending an ID card.

I'm at the ID stage, I've sent 3 different IDs, good quality, PDF, driver's license etc, 10 min later it sends me back to the "import an ID" page I don't have an error, it just sends me back to it each time, do you have a solution?

maybe they recieved it and is under verification you just need to wait, you can try to contact them and asked them to confirm if they received the docs besides that just wait.

I've contacted him by mail, by the time I get an answer, GTA 6 will already be out

yep that's what I am thinking, try a new device or uninstall the app. I have had to do that for the notification to pop up that my account is sussed for good.

If you are having trouble importing an ID to Instagram, the first step is to make sure that you have an active Instagram account. If you do not have an account yet, create one and then try to import the ID.
Once you have an account, the next step is to go to the Instagram website and log in. Once you are logged in, click on your profile icon in the top right corner of the page. From there, click on the 'Settings' option. Once in the Settings, you should find an option to 'Import' an ID. Select that option and then enter the ID you wish to import.

What i can say is, use your pc to do the verification and make sure the number matches your IP

Ugh, that ID loop is the worst. Try clearing your cache and using a different browser, sometimes their system just glitches out.
