Im trying to buy a dedicated server but coingate wont work:

justs stuck on loading, spinning, then eventually error message

turns out it was the browser, i changed browser and it worked, i contacted support hopefully there isn't any issues, cheers.

I have a dedicated server with this host, it suddenly came down, i am still waiting for support but its only been a couple of hours and i think they are only replying during work hours, power outage perhaps. A good feature would be to have some kind of status monitoring, they do have network monitor but it reports no issues even when there are issues as far as i can tell.

my high cost dedicated server is still down with zero response from their support regarding any issues on their side, very bad communication from this host, ive been with them for almost a year and when things work its fine but their support is beyond slow to respond, considering my dedicated server has been offline for more than 24 hours now and they have had a full work day to respond to my ticket and nothing doesn't look good, if they have not resolved it soon i will look to migrate my business elsewhere.
