Yes, my friends.

Stickers.

Why stickers you ask? Well, simply because they're cheap to purchase, extremely cheap to ship, they're personalised to the niche & yet the perceived value is high.

People are willing to spend £3, £4 on a SINGLE sticker...

I found a supplier for £0.03 per sticker..

I mean, look at this:



The niche is Dog stickers, just a certain breed e.g - Dog -> Labrador stickers.

I started a few days ago and i've set up socials.

Also im getting Ai to generate the sticker design & then posting in niche fb groups asking which sticker design they would buy .

After collecting the data, whatever design wins will be slapped on a free plus shipping funnel.

I'll update sporadically, let's see how this goes.

Mind sharing what producer you are using for the stickers? I assume a print on demand solution that integrates with WooCommerce? Have been looking into similar solutions but not decided on one yet

I'll be buying stickers in bulk at, hopefully, 0.03p & shipping myself for control purposes.

Obviously I'll be calculating COGS.

Although I was toying with the idea of using Printful.

The price for stickers on there is insane.

So decided against it.

For sure.

Just not straight away.

The goal is to see which sticker design resonates the best with the audience, and then run paid ads.

I'll probably start with influencer marketing as i'd prefer quick feedback whereas fb ads takes a while to get going and you need a lot of data.

Once I've got a SLO then i'll focus on adding continuity, upsells, downsells, ya know, fully flesh out the funnel and email sequences.

Esty and there are already many sellers selling stickers.

I'd be more concerned if no one was selling stickers on etsy.
