• Summary of Dispute: I asked seller for a specific account, of specific age and country, He proceeds to disappear for 24 hours then comes back and delivers me a Google Ads account (Not of age or country I specified) with a charge back to it (Meaning they broke googles rules by spending money on ads and then after successful payment they charged back via their bank) I told this to the seller and for the past 5 days he's been saying he's going to give me my refund as he (Acknowledges he's in the wrong) 5 days later, he is now saying it was my fault, when I never submitted a campaign to the account.

@Easy Ads Shop - you have 24 hours to respond to this disputes thread. If you do not respond within 24 hours or we note that you're engaging in any other activities on the forum rather than dealing with this dispute, the decision will be made in favour of the dispute starter and you will be permanently banned from Black Hat World. In the event that you're permanently banned from the forum, you may send in a support ticket using our support channel only once you've refunded and/or provided what the plaintiff has requested.

Information For The Accused & The Dispute Starter

this account absolutely fit its description , firstly, secondly, the user banned the account, now the account is banned for bypassing the system, and in this case we have no replacement, since before your actions on the account it was active, I think that I am completely right in this dispute and I don't see the point in wasting time on this

the payment profile was closed and fully paid, after the client set up a new payment profile, this warning disappeared

We do not have refunds after you have set up an advertisement, we have clear rules for replacement, this does not apply to this case at all

I said that I will transfer the money that was loaded into the account to another account if this one is banned

I do see a point, I literally warmed you it would be suspended, I took YOUR advice & set up the payments profile, and ofcourse like I predicted it got suspended. This means the account was suspended when I received it, for charging back via your bank while the payments profile was closed. Aka “circumventing” trying to trick google ban.

after closing the payment profile, even if there were no debts, this flag still remains, and Google banned the account not for unpaid balance and not for the payment profile, but for bypassing the system
