what are google adsense Low value content problem fixing steps?

as you can see adsense said that my website does not yet meet the criteria of use in the Google publisher network.

Your site has arabic content and content in arabic doesn't pay well except if you target golf countries like UAE or Qatar...

I see you are moroccan, so you can write in french about a high CPC niche, your content need to be around a topic with quality information.

Writing general posts won't earn you anything and AdSense won't be a good way to monetize it.

There are lot of niches outside the money making niche, you can search highest cpc niches in Google for yourself... if you want you can stick to your niche and hope for the best. I am just telling you because in the beginning I made a site about Morocco and didn't earn me any thing in AdSense...

i used to have a blog on 2014 arabic informative content and adsense approved but never earned for me anything.cpc is all time low.
