What would you do if you were a workaholic but didn't have energy to realize your plan and passion?
And that's what those workaholics do. They usually have business partners.Find someone to work with, and push eachother.
Could be this, could also be directing your energy in the wrong direction. I'm a workaholic and in the past I have directed my energy towards working in employed roles for other people. Once I'm started on something, I don't stop till its done. And it's very hard to focus on an important project when I'm working 3 or 4 hours over for someone else in a full time job. Then you are not workaholic.
When your liver don't work, you can't be alcoholic.
Similarly, If your body can't work you can't be workaholic.
Massive balls... you'll be living very frugal life to develop something. A lot of risk getting into debt, living on the bare minimum and such. You need massive balls to quit this slave mindset and and a lot of luck on top of that.
You'd need to define discipline. For me it translates to working everyday. But the outcome of working everyday is mediocre for me.Being disciplined is more important than being hard working!
This is a golden rule. Haven't been following it past year and my perspective was non-existent.Once I'm started on something, I don't stop till its done.

If that turns into a daily routine, they will be a dead workaholic in the near future. Some people are able to maintain a workaholic routine while drinking a bottle of vodka every evening.
There are some substances, ranging from caffeine to amphetamines (legal on prescription in US).If that turns into a daily routine, they will be a dead workaholic in the near future.
All I did care thus far about in my body was serotonin neurotransmitter. Some stuff helps with better sleep and getting not overly sad and angry. These are prescription pills from a doctor.I would fix myself and my energy first. Do whatever it takes to fix it, once you have high energy and good hormones you will see how drastically it changes your life. And work smart, luck is also a factor, working full day doesnt guarantee success.
More pills? I have a handful of them. I heard some people need 3! different pills every day. I take only half a pill to mitigate impulsive behavior, sleep problems and depressive episodes.I find that if you are having issues here, it is likely not just a workaholic issue, but a mental health issue. The reasons could be varied, but likely you should try therapy. I'd recommend trying this first before doing hormone stuff
Your symptoms screams of ADHD, did you research about this?More pills? I have a handful of them. I heard some people need 3! different pills every day. I take only half a pill to mitigate impulsive behavior, sleep problems and depressive episodes.
The problem with therapy is that you have to guide the therapist and if you don't have any clue of what's going on, you can't, so they won't help.
I can help you diagnose me. I couldn't focus at school but I wanted so badly. Nothing had worked. I quit school at the age of 16, but came back 2 years later. I thought it was a school fault and education being too hard. It wasn't too hard. I just couldn't process new information.Your symptoms screams of ADHD, did you research about this?
Structure and discipline - in my opinion - are the two most important things that can drive success. I define structure and discipline as:You'd need to define discipline. For me it translates to working everyday. But the outcome of working everyday is mediocre for me.
I'd say have a good long vacation. No energy sounds like you're just tired and exhausted. What would you do if you were a workaholic but didn't have energy to realize your plan and passion?
