I have a few questions. Would this be a single SMTP server with one IP or multiple IPs or a virtual shared server? How do you keep the IP out of the "sin bin"s / blacklists? I'm happy to restrict mailing to non-"free" addresses. Also would like to make sure we have adequate facilities to deal with bounces and abuse / spam complaints to make sure we don't get blacklisted in the future.

I have / will have mailing list software running from one machine (online) - what is the process to ensure I don't get kicked off my ISP by mistake?

U may get it in spam box or not get it at all.. Free email providers can surprise anyone at anytime.. so we dont give guarantees whatsoever on those. Thank you
