The link in my bio leads to my mini shop, but my main purpose here isn't to sell anything. In the process of creating these bots, I realized they could be a source of additional income, so I thought, why not offer them to others who might find them useful?

Are you just sending generic PMs with a link to an aff offer of some sort?

As for open rate, perhaps you can tune your bot to prioritize users who have posted comments recently first, if you haven't done that already. And some more advanced feature would be to set it to look for x amount of posts in y amount of time.

This is 100% a sells thread. You will sell products via PM. You use NexaBot as 'Free' teaser and then try to upsell your other stuff. Also the likelyhood to get that much clicks with 100 reddit accounts is very unlikely to happen.
