There's really not much to it at all. You've posted a screenshot of several urls in your first post. Take those urls, and look at the query strings on them. You should be able to work out where the messages are placed (it's usually the 's' variable).

Change the existing message in the query string to your own, and there you have it, your own search parasite.

The main job with this method is to get them indexed and displayed in the SERPs, which is usually done via plain olde spam.

Like @Steptoe said you can use inurl as para site.

You can blast that with gsa ser for even more.

This is not a good method .. tiered link building / real para site link buildign does work than this.

they are citations created via a sites internal search. very easy to do, but very hard to find domains that stick and rank though
