Hey BHW Community,

I hope this post finds everyone well. I've come to a point where I'm looking to pivot in my SEO business, and I could really use some guidance from the seasoned experts here.

I own a call center that generates around 1k-2k live transfer calls from potential clients interested in SEO services. My sales reps take the call and try to close the warm lead on an SEO package.

I've come to the point where I'm burnt out. I don't want to deal with sales reps, manage client relations so on and so forth.

Rather than continuing to service individual clients, I'm interested in exploring the possibility of selling the SEO client leads to other SEO agencies. This would allow me to focus more on the B2B aspect of the industry, dealing with agencies rather than individual end-users aka less people to deal with.

Now, I know that sales-related posts are against the rules here, and I want to respect that. I'm not looking to sell anything directly in this forum. Instead, I'm seeking advice and insights from the community on the best way to make this transition.

If anyone has experience with selling SEO client leads, I would greatly appreciate your input. What platforms have you found effective for selling leads? What do you think the cost per live transfer would should be priced at. I see companies selling email leads, or form leads for $15-$30 a pop so I'm curious to know what a warm live transfer would be worth.

Thanks in advance for your time and advice.

I don't know if you have the privilege to post in the JV section, but I believe that a JV could work best to split the $$$

It can work, depends on your quality of leads. I would suggest pick a niche and try on that area, see if it gets traction.

Not really looking to JV atm. Just looking to offload my leads.

Quality is decent. I'd say we're getting about a 10-20% conversion rate.

We cover the US. Our target market is essentially any small business.

How do you get so much SEO leads?
Ads, Emails, Cold calls. Call center prequalifies the lead if it qualifies we warm transfer to our sales reps.

I get ads every day of someone trying to sell me leads "dont pay until you have 30 scheduled calls this month" Its seriously everywhere.

It seems like they just setup an ad campaign for you and automate sending leads your way that way. Any ways, this niche is saturated to hell right now

Yeah I feel that. I've been seeing ads constantly as well. Only difference is you're not paying for a "Scheduled" meeting. You're getting a live transfer straight to your phone with a buyer ready to buy,
