[Journey] AI Blog to $1000 per month

I know, I know, starting an AI blog in 2023! Am I crazy? Maybe. But after doing tons of research, I've realized that most people are not leveraging AI effectively, which is the reason for their lackluster results.

I started this blog on the 10/24/23, on a fresh domain.

Here's a rundown of what I already have as of today:

• 28 posts
• I created my own script to produce content (no, I'm not selling it)

Tools:

• Semrush trials (bought in marketplace)
• OpenAI credit for the script
• Midjourney for image creation

Medium-term objectives:

• Purchase backlinks
• Get the site monetized
• Add affiliate articles
• Improve script and make it '1 click does all' (The script currently only outputs the content of the article, but it still needs human touch to create the article.)

I plan to use all the knowledge I gather from this project to start a second site at some point in this journey. That niche will be about a topic that I'm passionate about and will be 100% written by me.

I'll be updating this thread at least once a month.

I'm manually requesting indexing on all new posts. And they've been getting indexed without problem so far.

Typical costs for hosting, domain etc...

As for generating the articles, it's between $0.15 and $0.20 per article.
