But as someone with no ulterior motive (nor owning a hosting company) & a degree in networking technologies....
I usually check a hosts main site, to check the stability of their network. No doubt a hosts main server is going to be usually their most stable & reliable.

I would say their network stability based on their main site is questionable at the moment at best. IMO
