Struggling with OnlyFans

Hi everyone,

I've recently started my journey with OFM and signed a model. The first 2 weeks were going great, leads coming and subbing to OF, subs were messaging me and buying PPV content, I made around 600$. However, it all stopped in one day and I'm struggling to get one to two subs not talking about selling PPV, my model is lazy af and does nothing i had some materials but the photos are getting worse and worse idk what to do. My leads were mostly Reddit where I achieved 60-100k post views as for now it's under 5k for each post.

Where should I look for subs to OF, I also used Twitter and Instagram but nothing seems to work, I'm basically stuck.

The issue is my model is not willing to put any work and she's expecting unimaginable results, she wants me to price 80+ for just a simple nude while shes not even that hot I can't switch to other model because i dont have other one

I'm an artist and have great photoshop skills/body video editing skills. dm if you'd like some examples.

It's so hard to scale leads on Instagram now (based on my experience) I just use Instagram to promote my other socials. And based on your model "lazy" you should replace her.

The thing is I can't find any models as for now they need to be from my country because of my legal contract

Have you tried to check CAM site? Or any adult streaming site?

Aren't those sites oversaturated and girls here are managed already?

Create and give her a well structured content plan that shows exactly what you need in terms of content from her. If she can't follow that and is lazy drop her as you are only wasting time

Have you run any FB pages for your models? Some of my clients are OF agencies, they use our FB tool to grow their pages for models..you know just mass sharing, commenting...to promote the pages and also use those bulk accounts to increase the engagement of each of their posts.

They're doing well so I guess it's kinda helpful?
But I'm not sure if FB strategy works for you. Just a suggestion

why are you even tolerating the bitch if she is giving half-hearted effort. you are the one that had to put the wrench work in to market for her and drive subscriptions - she simply had to be born and is contributing nothing to growing the actual business.

If you had other money sources and other models, you would behave differently and so she would too, you need to firstly show her how she is getting paid because of you, any girl can make nudes but not any girl can drive traffic, chat, etc. If she understood that she shouldn't give you any issues.

Not to mention, how can you expect to scale this girl to the higher levels when she doesn't even put in the work at the lower ones? It's a business partnership and she has to pull her weight too.

So the biggest OF agency just realized that TikTok is a method to drive traffic to OF???
Maybe they are big but they have inexperienced marketing staff if they have not seen this opportunity at least a year ago!
