File Hosting is legal, but you need to follow dmca requests in order to stay online and in business for long term.

File Hosting allows you to have other storage servers depending in the script.

10Gbps in Offshore Hosting will cost you more than 200€ / 200$ USD up to 1000€-2000€ if we are talking unmetered and 10Gbps guaranteed port speed.
