Hey guys Im new to stream farming and proxies and honestly do not know where to start so I'm sorry if I say the wrong things because I'm not educated enough but I know people who thrive off this and I want to learn, can anyone help? I would really appreciate it. The most that I know about is the macro recorder, buying proxies and that's about it.

There was a guy on here that was selling a full start-to-finish video course about it, should be still available on the Marketplace. Just do a search for "spotify" there and it should come up

Buy an rdp. In the rdp, download chrome. Add an extension called “session box” to chrome which creates isolated browser sessions. You need to import a residential proxy into each session box. You should also buy a list of 100 spotify accounts which you individually log into each session. Once logged in just stream your song on repeat. Since its within an rdp, it will continue playing even while you computer is off.

I'm trying to use this method. Do have any reliable proxy provider one can use for this? Is there a way to automate this to avoid fraud detection or song bans?

Song bans, i am not sure about but if you are looking for proxy provider, in BHW. I have tested review copies of ProxyCake and rainProxy. Both worked fine for my work not related to Spotify. You can directly message them and ask if their proxies will work for what you are trying to do.
