Looking for affiliate program as an ad agency vet

Hey, I've been doing digital marketing on ad agencies for 15 years, some were mine, some hired me. A lot of my clients were running affiliate offers and I noticed they were paying me to run their ads and still get a profit on the commissions they made. They'd send me screenshots and boast on the amount they had earned.
So now I'm looking for affiliate programs I could join that are somehow profitable, I can glitch every ad platform out there, specially TikTok lately, so I'm looking to become an affiliate myself.
I noticed that CJ requires I give them a website to get started, but my intention is to build a website for each offer separately once I've chosen one. I can make ultra fast high conversion sites so I'm not coming in with a website already done, but I'd build it as needed.
Is there any affiliate programs that won't require a website already built? I can send them my company's website but I've done that a few times and didn't get approved. They expect me to already have a niche apparently, but I intend to build the audience once the product/service has been picked.
I can also scrape a ton of data from Google, using SERP and Google Dorks, so building an audience wouldn't be a problem.

Lately I have been selling leads to investment banks, it's a pretty profitable niche so anything related to that would fit like a glove. However, I'm not picky, just want to get started with something and have some fun.
