Firstly don't use it by yourself, search for guys that use it for you. Still you can purchase it and practice shooting it to certain shitty pages to see how it creates the links and all that. A good amount of time for experience will be required before launching links like mad
Secondly, don't shoot the links to your money site. Create a proxy site somewhere else (a parasite, a web 2.0) and shoot the links there.
Thirdly, this is not cheap. It's not super-expensive compared to regular links, but count on spending like $100-150/mo between captcha solvers, good proxies, good content generation, and fresh quality GSA lists
Generally I seriously not recommend GSA unless you have certain purpose in mind. Is not as powerful as it used to be, and it's just one of the last resources when it comes to linkbuilding. With the cost of everything (GSA license, and all the "consumables"), you would better get a $250-300 domain from a auction, and build on top of that a nice PBN site, which may give you more power and way less work than GSA.

right now i am using with for affiliate sites and youtube shorts. Today accidentally i ran it without proxies and its ended up building 0.5 links in a day. LOL shit happens so always keep in mind with your projects. its a beast if you know what you are doing its a great tool

GSA SER is an automated link-building tool where you can automate any link-building strategies. There are proven strategies too. You can purchase a tier 1 link list or scrape yourself and weed out the junk links.
Most important thing is to use high-quality targets to post and make sure to use high-quality content. (now GSA supports Open API so there won't be hiccups)
Quality proxies, emails, and anchor text ratio matter as well.

By using high quality project you can easily rank low to med niches. Just make sure you are on right niche as no matter what some niches won't move with any link!
I am using GSA without any issues with monthly search 1000 - 1500 keywords and getting organic traffic for multiple keywords. I also assume even sometimes google don't index it still pass the juice. Search youtube and one guy nicely explain this with examples. I just dont remember his channel or name... but there are few vids on youtube.
After all GSA is onetime fee and its worth.

Its a great tool but you have to learn it first. You better learn it and then decide if you want it or not

Use quality data to every field in your gsa ser project. - Generate high quality AI data and articles. If its new try not to use SPINNERS. Instead use unique article for each target.
Use a quality link list list which provide tier one safe links. checkout serverifiedlists , gsalinklist here. If its a fresh site i would pay more on serlinks and grab it for more quality
Forget catchall providers and purchase a domain yourself and set it up. If you don't know how to do just youtube it.
Use a secondary captcha service to break captchas like xevil. Its worth and save $$$
be patince don't build millions of links instead build 100 - 200 links per day max.

I installed GSA SER yesterday and ran it overnight.
Using the free version, not used proxies, not used any paid catcha, not used any special catchall emails.
The indexing set to whatever is given from the software.
Nothing paid.
512 verified and 75 submitted.
Is it considered working?
i clicked the verified links and they are indeed working
I did not expected it to work so well, and i've tuned the project to "stop the profject after 50 +-10 verifications reached in a day

i planned to buy GSA Captcha Breaker too. Are you using paid proxies here? as per above replies think to create tier 2 links. i guess its safe for my money site
