I placed an order with theSilent on 3/11 and despite a lot of back and forth communication, I have not yet received my order and am extremely disappointed. I did not pay with the expectation of receiving my order in 3 weeks.

Ive really tried to work with TheSilent to get my order completed but it has cost me a lot of my own personal time which defeats the purpose of paying for a service like this.

The last correspondence I received was on 3/24 which said "expect reports in a few hours".

Im disappointed with how prompt questions are answered here on the sales side, but from a service side, there is clearly a disconnect.

Sometimes these things happen and I am a forgiving person, so I will let you all know how quickly this issue gets resolved by TheSilent, if it gets resolved.

This week and the last have been bad for us due to various problems. We have resolved most of the problems and are completing all orders as fast as possible.

If I am online I answer all questions as fast as possible no matter if its sales question or support question.

Linkwheel+xrumer orders take more time compared to xrumer blasts alone and I am sorry for the inconvenience cause

I am a bit disappointed, I know OP had said 48 to 72 hours after I already had waited for 120 hours. Now its 48 hours after and still nothing. I know he's got another 24 hours to keep to what he said but I had hoped that after he didn't keep to the original deadline he would probably manage to get it in the 48 rather than the 72 hours. Hope to get my report tomorrow night

Made order about month ago month and ahalf, started getin alot of traffic (200/day) from you, got to end of march and all traffic droped down to (12/day) non from you. i paid for 10,000 hits. Google Analytics says iv only had 4500 its overall including non-paid hits. i also never got a report.

is there any reason why i am not getting what i paid for?

Just received my reports. I waited a while because thesilent had problems with xrumer. I checked a few random urls from the reports and all links I checked are alive. Now my website is in google dance. Overally I can say this is a very good service and I will probably purchase again in the future.
