We hired your team in the past but didn't pay for Prakhar's direct involvement/management. We had a lot of difficulty with adding to FB business profile and got stuck in loop of endless delays and problems that couldn't be resolved, so Prakhar ended up issuing a full refund. (Proves integrity, at least!)
I am constantly drawn back to the allure of 0Penny's offering, with all these case studies (the proof is in the pudding, right?), despite their website being non-existent or non-working, and tons of suspected quality issues. I'm a numbers guy, and these case studies look like $ to me.
We are really trying to find an alternative source of customer acquisition for our mobile app and SaaS product. Our CPI on Google is $1.50 right now. Not too bad. But any attempt, at a FB campaign in the past our CPI has been 5x that, and the conversions almost non-existent. Seemed like bot or fake traffic to me actually.
I clearly need an expert to take full ownership of our Facebook/IG marketing efforts and optimize properly to get us the results we're after.
