I'm consider purchase the SEMRush paid version but first I would like to be clearified about the main features that this tool provide in order to help increase website traffic. My only objective is increase to thousands per day the visitors to my website.

According with you guys experience how long it takes in average to start notice a increase in website traffic after the user made all the improvements on SEO, content, and all recommendations from this tool?

What is the main aspects which this tool help in order to increase website traffic? Backlinks recommendations, SEO, on-page fixings, design recommendations, meta tags?

Your expectations from SEMRush are unrealistic.
This is purely a research tool, it was design to show you what's out there in an accurate way. Looks like you're looking for recommendations, and for that you need someone to analyze the data from SEMRush or similar tools.

so what should I do first? Should I hire someone to make a deep SEO analysis and then I work on the recommendations that were given to me?
I though SEMrush gave me recommendations based on research made and I could apply myself on my website..

It looks like you're a beginner in SEO, not only with the SEO tools. I suggest you hire an SEO expert before getting into anything. Use your money wisely.

However, there's a learning curve like anything else
It's better than Ahrefs imo
