Unique IG growth situation

Hello beautiful people of BHW, I'm hoping someone here can shed light on this, and possibly offer a solution.
I have had my IG since 2012, and it seems like it just hates me. I have been stuck at 14k for years, despite having tons of promo from accounts with 700k+ and having Hollywood actors and various brands following me.
I post high quality content, (mostly video now since it's favored it seems) in the car niche and content is all original. My videos are filmed with a high end cinema camera and edited with professional software, no technical issues and the color is always good. No matter the amount of effort I put in, I rarely break a few thousand views, and maybe a few meh followers on a good day. I recently saw someone in my social circle break 100k followers with an account that's maybe a few years old, who posts only trendy cliche style pics. It's infuriating that no matter what I do I can't seem to win this game and get the recognition my content deserves, despite working with huge brands and names you might know. Even ads don't hit my expectations. If you know of a method or LEGIT agency that won't damage my reputation with my followers, please let me know. Thank you, I appreciate your input!

Its really simple, just see where the trend is going and follow it. It doesnt matter how high quality your posts are but if its not trendy why would anyone want to see it. People dont care about the efforts you put in, they care about getting the dopamine shots from these videos, and trends are a great way to give them what they want and have their attention at the same time.

I'm not going to disagree, but I don't want to sell out. I have tried to follow trends as a test and results were still negligible. Reputation management is key for me, hoping there's a way. Thanks man.

Hey, yes, there are plenty of tested and proven ways to boost Instagram accounts such as yours. If you don't mind, can you share your IG @? Maybe then we might able to suggest something by having a look it. If you feel uncomfortable sharing your @ publicly, then you can DM it to me. I'll let you know in what areas you can make changes to improve things.
