First you need to make sure you're trying to use the correct url format, which you get from clicking the share link on your map profile - it should be something like
Don't use the url on the maps.app.goo.gl subdomain, it doesn't seem to get picked up.
Next, build a load of do-follow backlinks to it, or send it to an indexing service.

Just throw some cheap PBN or GSR links at the URL's. Lot's of packages in the marketplace.

That looks like an ancient guestbook script. Looks like you would put your links in either the URL field, or as naked urls in the comments section.
I'd only use this for tier 3+, or to spy on what urls other spammers are trying to get indexed.
