Ok I understand, thanks. I like what I'm reading about your service, and I like the fact that you're creating a "clean neighborhood" due to no porn and no fraud sites, which is what I'm looking for. But what worries me in your TOS is this, and I hope you can clarify:

1) If your site is related to file downloading for visitors, Selling Ebooks/Audio books, PDF etc. Those Files cannot be hosted on shared server, You should have to look into DMCA Ignored VPS or dedicated Server.

I'm not selling any ebooks, but does this mean I cannot even have PDF files on the site, like whitepapers? Sounds overly strict if that's the case.

2) Resource Usage Violation

1. Using 25% or more of the shared server resources for more than 90 sec will result in suspension of your account.

Does this mean you suspend the account right away, or do you rate limit it? I know Wordfence can be pretty resource intensive and it does run for a few minutes during its scans. So is this going to be a problem for me to run a simple Blog with Wordfence installed?

And my last question is this, how many users max do you have on a single shared server machine?

If the pdfs are as white papers no problem you can host them, but it would be alot more better if you host them on remote file hosting sites if they are larger in size.

If your account is continuously using maximum allowed resources it would create problem for other users that is why we have implemented that restriction.
But if you are willing to cooperate and fix the issue we will give you enough time to fix it.

There is no user limit on any of our plan.

P.S: all these measures are taken to improve the quality of shared hosting for clients.

For some unknown reason, my both sites are giving 404 - Not Found.
It's been 4+ hours now, I can say it's some issue on my end but then one of the sites just has 1 HTML file that contains the word "Working", even that site is throwing a 404-Not Found error.
