Hi, I have made a payment, but the system is telling me that I didn't make the full payment and that I should pay the balance. It means I need to buy more bitcoin. I hope if I don't succeed with paying the balance now, I can do that tomorrow?

I recently stopped using this hosting service and I've got to say, I'm not impressed. The hosting itself was okay, but when it came to customer support and how they treat their customers, it was a letdown. Don't expect them to go out of their way for you, even if you're a paying customer.

I'd recommend looking for other hosting options where they actually care about you and offer better support.

I would rate them 1/5 (the 1 comes from the decent uptime i noticed while i was with them) and the -4 comes from their abhorrent business practices and very bad support.

Thank you for the feedback. And I am really sorry for the inconvenience caused.
But as the matter of fact, no hosting provider keeps backup of terminated accounts. Automated system send reminders 10 days prior to due date. And on due date you also get suspension notification.
Even after due date you have been emailed various times to pay the overdue invoice.

If you do not pay in time and want us to restore your terminated account with the old data after termination is impossible,
It is totally automated system (using whmcs)
But if you intimate us, that the invoice will be paid late we can stop whmcs auto termination. In your case you contacted us too late and no hosting company keeps user data forever
 
it would seem to me that someone who cared would keep up with their account termination dates. For what its worth to anyone else reading. I just moved my hosting here due to stellar customer service i received. It went above and beyond anything I have received ever.
