YouTube Automation - Does it work?

Hi guys, I m thinking to start YouTube Automation channel, but I wondering is it work?
When I made research I saw a lot of copyrighted content on channels that are based on YouTube Automation method, so I wondering is it allowed to use that videos?
They all wrote that is "fair use" but is it? If I making video about Ronaldinho, and put all goals he scored when he played in Barcelona, how that can pass copyright strike?
Is there any rule, something like do not use more than 8sec of copyrighted video etc.?

Not from personal experience, but from the content I see daily, it works perfectly. With the advent of AI tools, it is easier than before to start it.
Regarding copyright, you can use some small amount of copyrighted content to illustrate your message (not a professional advice!), but you
are only allowed to do so if you are not using copyrighted content as is: for example, you could probably use some copyrighted video clip
for 3 secs or so of Beirut if the subject of your video is travel guide to Lebanon, etc.

Those that blatantly use copyrighted content usually have permission to do so or are hoping not to get caught.

If you are trying to do something related about sports is really difficult you will get monetized maybe you can post your video but you will get strike maybe not from youtube but from big corps because that is their bussines sell sports that's why most of the important games are pay per view, but going back to your question is better if you do not try it, everything related to sports is copyright.

You shouldn't try to create content about sports. It may seriously violate copyright laws. You should try with AI-related content instead, which has more potential.

There's no 8sec rule about copyrighted videos. Create videos and edit them properly to bypass copyright claims.
