ABSOLULTE GARBAGE LINKS. Tried the $110 package, and you get what you pay for. All links provided were pure black hat. Hidden links. Anchor text "click here" . Completely unrelated sites.

We are sorry to hear that. Could you let me know your order number so we can take a look at what went wrong? I only see a single $110 package that was cancelled recently, and this website wasn't ranking to begin with, so it couldn't have been your campaign if you say your site lost 20 places.
The links are also visible on every page they're placed on and we only use the anchors submitted by you. You are correct though that these are not niche relevant sites, but come from websites on different topics. This is why, if you prefer to keep your direct link layer strictly niche relevant, we recommend and offer the option to buffer these links through contextual and niche relevant PBN posts for free.

Finally got my report and my initial impression is these are very low quality. I will be watching my search console closely.
The sites the links are posted on are very low quality. They aren't even https enabled, ridiculous for 2023. Basically they just don't look and feel like real websites, which at the end of the day means more risk for me.
I've cancelled my sub already. For $220 a month this is a very very bad deal.
Edit: Seller was kind enough to give me a full refund. Thanks.
