Totally agree. From my experience, because they can't deliver your order, so they tried to ignore you.

We don't ignore, either you're not reaching out to support, or you expect every single SMM Panel out there to be instant delivery. You need to be patient, if days goes by without any fulfillment, then let us know and we'll take care of it. Simple.

Efforts to engage with the seller via their marketplace have yielded no results, as their support has been either unresponsive or ineffective in resolving the issue.

Yeah sure, "either you're not reaching out to support". Here I attached a screenshot the socalled "support" from you guys, submitted on 10:08 07/07/2023 and got reply after more than 24h, on 10:28 08/07/2023. Is this your 24/7 support ? And this is not the first, it happened several times.

And regarding "you expect every single SMM Panel out there to be instant delivery": No, I don't. I know you guys have other orders. I just want to know when my order will be completed. I'm a reasonable guy. But all I received is just very bad customer service
