its very hard to everything yourself, your best bet would be to focus on content and let the agency market and manage your onlyfans, when you get subs the agency employs chattors 24/7 who will chat with your subs and make you plenty of money most time more than subs. Make sure to find a legit cus there are plenty of scams. Shouldnt take long to find a good one. Good luck
