Need Payment Service Provider for EU citizen with US-registered LLC

Howdy. I'm looking for a new Payment Service Provider, especially for card payments. I run multiple subscription-based SaaS projects some of which might be considered medium-risk (GDPR laws). As a EU citizen and resident I have difficulties to find a PSP that accepts this with my US-registered LLC (disregarded entity) as the business account holder.



Stripe kicked me off 2 times and PayPal demands a SSN (although EIN and ITIN are provided). So if you have any suggestions, I would welcome them.

PaymentCloudInc.com works with US-citizens only. At least that's what they told me.

As I stated, I do have a US LLC. PayPal demands a Social Security Number for the account registered to the LLC.

Would highly appreciate answers pro folks who were where I am and found a solution, instead of guessing. Thanks.

Fees is a bit on the higher side but it works. Also, can accept paypal payments without linking your own paypal account.

2CO have rejected my projects because they deem them to be phishing schemes or something. While it's true that we handle partially private information, the phishing allegation is utter nonsense.

Looks like you'd need some processors that accept high risk businesses. I'm not aware of any such company but if you find one, do update us.

SSN = ITIN and Paypal accepts it. Just add it.

If you have a registered LLC then you should go with Stripe. They are easy to operate with lower fees. They can easily accept card payments from EU with all the regulations.

There are PP that handles high risk businesses (Adult, Gambling, streaming ... etc) but If you're just on the grey hat side or short on volume, it doesn't worth it, I suggest you setup a stealth system to receive payment & redirect them to you.

Just upload the ITIN document. ITIN = SSN. You are doing something wrong. I have 2x Paypals verified with ITIN when asked for SSN.

I get it now, pay pal is asking you SSN because tax purposes. You must call Pay Pal directly and ask them why they seek SSN which can pass with EIN or TIN.
I highly suggest to call Pay Pal and they will tell you why is specifically asked SSN, then you can explain them how you build your business model and how is formed according the USA law which is sufficient with TIN to pass the whole verifications. In some case is quite possible they to ask all tax forms about your company to establish did you pay your tax. I dont want to scare you but be precautious because in similar situations I know the fact that IRS was asking some details from pay pal and to verify real person behind the company. Caution on this
