Hello,I am trying to buy a good expired domain, and I have a question. I heard that the spam score does not affect Google's ranking. So, does that mean I should just purchase domains that have high DR and UR like in the image below?
How much would this domain cost? They have been creating backlinks since mid-April and currently rank high on Google for multiple keywords.
Furthermore, as shown in the following image, the domain was created on June 23rd, and it already has 50 keywords ranked between 1-10.

Upon checking, I found that backlinks are being created from the domain in the image below, and it is being redirected to the above domain using 301 redirection.
Upon researching, it seems that this method is only effective in the short term, right? How much would this domain cost?
