Recently, the ad account is dying quite a lot and often. Does anyone have a suitable way to appeal the account and is the percentage of ad accounts returned to normal working high.

FB is very strict on new payment card recently.

If it's asking you to request review for the payment card, it's hard to appeal and get it back.

- add cards from an identity verification profile,
- limit the change of payment card when the account is active,
- and don't create too many ads at once on one account
