Might have already been mentioned, cba to look at all responses, but
If you name the file of the video you're uploading to be like a click bait title, it boosts traffic
For example, if its a "how to" on makeup, don't call it "Makeup_How_To3"
Call it: "HOW_TO_APPLY_MAKE_UP_*FAST*!!!"

Even though no-one will ever see the name of the file, it still helps for some strange reason.

You're right ! Youtube's algorithms take this into consideration. we have remarked it while monitoring the growth of some of our clients channels. yet no one could explain why !!

You can use AI tools to speedup some processes. Like generating description, Keywords etc.

Any update man?
So far I've uploaded 20 videos. I'm looking to try to scale this as soon as I'm done with my exams.

I have one concern my CTR seems very low majority of the videos are getting impressions but the CTR are usually below 1% do you think this is normal or abnormal.

Also a good number of my videos are getting views from recommended or suggested and very little from search traffic

So update on this
I didn't do anything significant this week because I have to concentrate on my exams. I just purchased a monetized YouTube channel and I'm gonna go full mode starting on Monday. Let see how things go.

Can you share a typical example of the kind of videos you make pls? And seems it’s easy to make any tutorial videos by you? Do you know everything cos you seem to have a way you produce those tutorial videos to the extent that you even make 20 videos in a day. I can’t even make one a day? Pls share examples of channels like yours and abit more on how you make the tutorial videos

How do you even produce so many videos that fast!? Is it light editing, like transitions and videos or is it heavier kind of editing with animations and what not?

I usually record the videos in one shot and then voice them over, so basically, no editing.

I just read the whole thread, let me see if I understood, your channel is not based on a specific niche (how to windows tutorials), but you do everything you find under the 'how to' kw, or am I wrong?

Yup, since I don't have a niche audience, I can make How-to videos on whatever I want.

where to find best niches? teams to automate making faceless videos? & is it good to buy small active channels & then put content on it?

Test out niches yourself. I still haven't made a team, but Upwork or Fivver are supposed to be good. I think it would be fine for this type of channel but if you are making a channel that needs an audience, then don't buy a channel.

WEEK #10:

Didn't upload that much in the past 5 weeks but I averaged about 20.5k views a day over the last 5 weeks, so it went up a good amount. It could've been better if I actually uploaded but I was being so lazy for the past 5 weeks (which is also why I didn't do any updates on this forum) but oh well. For revenue, I hit just above 35$ a day for the month. So it stayed pretty consistent and even went up a bit even though I barely did anything which shows the power of this YouTube module.

I also started scheduling my posts to 4-hour intervals instead of uploading them all at once. I'm not sure if this helps or not but I'll try testing it out.

LAST POST'S GOALS:

1. Find someone to outsource the video creation to.
2. Upload 15 videos

1. I made the post to find workers on Upwork, but it kind of failed, but I'll keep trying.

2. So I did upload like 20 videos, so I hit the goal even though that is barely any videos lol.


THINGS I NEED TO WORK ON:

So even though my school year is basically over, I still find myself "not having enough time" to work on the channel which I know is a lie. I spend all my time scrolling on YouTube or Anime or something so since the last week or so I throttled the amount of time I spend on non-productive screen time which absolutely boosted my ability to actually do work so look out for the next updates because they are going to be insane.

WEEKLY GOALS:

1. Create another Upwork post to find somebody to outsource the work to
2. Upload 30 videos (feeling good this week ngl)

Yeah, I would do that, but currently, I don't have a good spot to record while talking. It picks up way too much background noise, so I record the videos and then go out to my car and record the voiceover. It would save time just to do both at the same time, though so I'm working on that.

Hello guys,

I'm making this thread to look back on how far I've come and give any advice and motivation I can to you guys. This blog thing will also hopefully help me stay consistent with my goals and keep track of them.

Some context real quick. I would've liked to start dropshipping or something along those lines. However I thought it would be too much trouble for me as I am currently 16, and most selling platforms require you to be at least 18. So instead, I decided to try YouTube. I started my first channel in October of 2022. I thought about making an interesting video channel like "Daily Dose of Internet." I posted one video and switched niches. I found out that it would be quite hard to get into the niche in the first place because of how saturated it was, as well as it being questionable if I would be able to get monetized with that type of content. Also, the amount of time I spent looking for the clips was sad, to say the least lol.

I then found out about search based channels where all of your views come from search traffic instead of relying on a fanbase. I thought that would be a great type of channel to create so I started uploading "How To" videos. I was extremely motivated when I started and uploading multiple videos a day. At first the views weren't crazy, mostly because my SEO (Titles/Thumbnails/Descriptions) were trash. I saw a little success but nothing crazy; I was still happy, though. As I started researching how to get better at SEO, I discovered BHW. I learned a lot of stuff from the forums on here, which I am extremely grateful for. I improved my videos, and I started seeing more traction. More of my videos started to rank higher on search, and I started bringing in a decent amount of views.

I monetized my channel on the 15th of January 2023. I did use some panels for subscribers as they were lacking compared to my watch hours. And that brings us to the present.

Currently, I am making 13$ a day with about 10k views a day. I was making around 15$ a day for a bit, but it dropped down a bit. I have about 2000 subscribers and my channel has a little over 500k views. I am thinking about starting to outsource my work, like video creation, because I am doing all of the work right now. It takes a good amount of time to record, voiceover, edit, create thumbnails, and do SEO for a lot of videos everyday. And I don't have that much free time because I also am still in school.

I am also thinking of starting a similar channel and use the same video ideas but making it a little different because my niche is more quantity over quality lol. That's why I want to start hiring people, although I don't know how that really works. Especially if I am underage, I would appreciate it if you guys have any advice on that.


MY CURRENT GOALS:

Short term goals

1. 25$ a day by the end of March.
2. Start looking for people to outsource video creation to.
3. Create a second channel with the same idea.

Long term goals

1. Be making 50$ a day by the end of June
2. 100$ a day by September.
3. 6k/Month by the end of December 2023 (about 200$ a day)

I also want to branch out into other niches of YouTube, but right now, I don't have any capital, which is why I am working on this channel where I can do all the work for free. I'm going to be doing weekly updates probably, although I might post random updates if something big happens. If you guys have any questions put them in this thread, and don't dm me. If you guys have any advice/feedback for me or in general, I would really appreciate it .

find a good niche on amazon then use evergreen content....as amazon affiliate they allow you to use their manufacturer content/clips.
But when you promote products without amazon, many merchants/ affiliate networks want to see a selfhost website from you, many of them will not accept you when you not have an own website- how to fix this ?

Many have such ridiculous weird rules which is outside of any reality.
Does this faceless channel method work to get premium clients (in the $1000 range?)
But with premium clients you need an own selfhost website with your face on and a blog with articles.

As affiliate I see these faceless channel doing direct linking to the merchant site, they not have an own selfhost website.
I wonder, so many people around the web telling you that the direct linking affiliate method not convert on cold trraffic yet?
Here you see the opposite on youtube.

I think it's a number game too, publish minimum 50-80 videos every month and you should get good views and traffic I guess.
Today the amazon marketplace is taken by so many big webmasters how to find a good low hanging fruit niche with good commission?

But thi sis working create three ai videos in pictory 5 minutes long, pun tin your text manually, then for each text section serach and find manually clips or images then upload, this is all manual work in pictory no matter if they call their tool an video ai....

But three videos daily is not so much that you will get burn out this is easy doable.
Is there a similar good video platform on Bing search engine?

On the other side I not see many faceless audio podcasts on youtube- why?

But many radio podcasts who getting good numbers of views, more easy to create than faceless video shorts.

I tried today creating one tiktok short with 1,26 minutes length in clipchamp, it tooks me 45 minutes off...searching the videos, upload,trimming add text on each slide and text to speech voiceover.

45 minutes for one video short.
It was a pain in the ass experience.

All these affiliate faceless channels on yt and TK having hundreds of them ....they sitting day and night at their desktop?

The same with invideo ai,then you have a narrow down niche this ai not has target clips in their library., finding the right images and clips is time consuming.

I mean for me it's an easy workflow; I write my 2 minute video podcast script, set my lights, my webcam then GO !
Then upload it to clipchamp, adding 3-4 sub texts, set with one click to auto translate- voila finished !

This is a workaround for max. 20-30 minutes of easy work. I can create 2-3 such radio short podcasts /day + work on my two other domains content curation 5 days a week without get exhausted.

Faceless video on the other side:

20-30 minutes to searching for target images/clips
upload to clipchamp, set duration for each slide, adding title/ texts , adding text to speech voiceover......
on the first slide few seconds of background music.

This is a hard workflow of good 45 minutes for one 2 minute shorts video I get exhausted quickly.,
Creating 4-5 of these every day + working content on my two other domains is too much....

OK each individual is different and that is a good thing !

There's no thing like "trap to make money on yt" bro

It's a legit business, simple but not easy, and obviously not everyone succeeds in this space

Having the right mindset, common sense, resilience and the right team is literally all you need - the reason why not everyone succeeds when it comes to YTA is because they lack AT LEAST one of these things

What you are talking about is work that everyone can do - you're no different than the others, hence why you don't have any traction at all

You gotta differentiate yourself from your "competitors"

The question is: how? If you can answer to that question you literally have all the resources to succeed on YouTube

I'm not saying that what you are doing is wrong, but IMO it's not necessary

Also, long-form content > short-form content. Period.
