[Journey] Faceless YouTube Channels to 15k/Month

Man I just want to say that you've inspired me.
I just started my YouTube channel today and I have uploaded 4 videos for the day even though I'm still trying to figure out some things. I'd prefer to keep work will figuring out my mistakes than wait until I have all the information. I'm also gonna be following @Dione27 spray and pray strategy.
I have some questions
1. How long are your videos
2. How long does it take a new channel to start taking off and ranking
3. How do you find topic ideas that are worthy of making videos on (this is currently the biggest problem I'm facing).

No, they are normally under 3 minutes, and yeah, I make the videos myself, and they are tutorial videos.
Yeah, I've started to realize that as well. Some videos that I don't do any keyword research on do better than videos that I do keyword research on.
I would argue that quality does matter a bit though. I've noticed that my videos have a higher chance of ranking than channels that don't put any effort into the quality. There is a certain baseline of quality the videos should be. Otherwise, it'll affect the video's performance.

No, I haven't seen any AI that would be able to help the process go any faster.
Good luck man! It takes a bit of time to figure things out (I know from experience lol), but just keep on testing stuff and you start to understand things a lot better.
1. Usually shorter than 3 minutes long.
2. I'm not really sure. It took about a month for me though.
3. One thing that I did at the start was go to other big channels in my niche and just copy their videos and hope to rank. Don't completely copy them because you'll never be able to outrank their videos that way.

WEEK #5 & 6:
Completely forgot to upload last week because a ton of stuff was going on, so I'll do both of the weeks together. I averaged about 17.4k views a day last week, so it went down a little bit compared to week 4, but there are ups and downs. For revenue, I hit just above 30$ a day for a week. I averaged around 30.28/day.
Week 6 was kind of crazy as well, so I didn't upload that many videos. However, a video that was doing decently popped off and started getting around 5k views a day, so my views and revenue average went up by a lot. I averaged over 20k views a day this week. And for revenue, I averaged a little over 35 dollars! I have no clue why that video popped off like that, and it might slow down this week, but we'll see. Also, the highest day for revenue was 43.89$, which was insane.
LAST WEEK'S GOALS:
2. I uploaded around 20 videos during those two weeks so technically I hit that goal lol.
Normally I would write more stuff but I have some things to do right now and I'm in a rush but yeah.

how many videos you have in total mate this is very nice progress really impressive!
Yeah i think the reason it doesn’t matter is that there are a lot of ranking factors that we just don’t know about due to YouTube simply not putting the info out in the wild… to give the small guys a chance.
I’ve ranked videos over established channels. I’ve seen small channels with less than 1k subs be ranked over some 400k channels with better SEO. definitely something YouTube isn’t telling us.
Also about quality. When I say quality matters none, I’m speaking in comparison to niches like documentary videos. those can cost 500-1000 bucks for a good video, whereas if we were to pay for a “how to” video, it would probably only cost anywhere from 3 to 5 dollars. Basically quality isn’t going to make or break you in the “how-to” niche unless you've never created content before. Then it could be an issue. However, mostly it’s just minimal editing needed comparison to other niches.
once you find someone to outsource your vid creation through you’ll be banking seriously. Just make sure you look for workers in the Philippines or other countries where your currency stretches further.

Any update man?
So far I've uploaded 20 videos. I'm looking to try to scale this as soon as I'm done with my exams.
I have one concern my CTR seems very low majority of the videos are getting impressions but the CTR are usually below 1% do you think this is normal or abnormal.
Also a good number of my videos are getting views from recommended or suggested and very little from search traffic

Work on titles and thumbnails to improve your ctr. Be happy YT recommend your videos, bcs the most views come from that way.

It’s very low. I always need 10% + for cashcow videos. But if you focus more on search traffic it is not needed always. For me it makes much different to work with a high skilled thumbnail artist. I pay 8 usd for a thumbnail and it makes a huge difference for me.

If you are also uploading tutorial videos, don't worry about the CTR too much. Especially right when you upload the videos. It takes some time, but if they start ranking, the CTR will typically be around 20% - 40%
As I said, it takes some time for the videos to start ranking and getting views from search, so keep uploading and it'll eventually start going up.

If you name the file of the video you're uploading to be like a click bait title, it boosts traffic
For example, if its a "how to" on makeup, don't call it "Makeup_How_To3"
Call it: "HOW_TO_APPLY_MAKE_UP_*FAST*!!!"
Even though no-one will ever see the name of the file, it still helps for some strange reason.
