Apart from saving you TIME, you'd be boycotting overly expensive agencies prices. Statistics shows that most agencies 2x-3xof the original outreach pricing. We consider this service solving that problem.

What's the fee for completing the outreach?

I'd make the process a little simpler to understand.
Phase 1: We receive your Link/Target URL
Phase 2: We swing in to have an audit competitor, Filter the list on metric DR30+ / 1k traffic - We consider this as sweet spot.
Phase 3: We estimate 10-25% success rate. So out of 50 websites meeting the metric above. We would have you populated with the final list.

or is it pricing for successful outreach to a # of sites with their approval? - you do the outreach to however many sites but close the deal with 10 sites in my niche for $75

For 75 USD , we research your niche and competitor. Filter out list of websites with over 30DR + 1000 traffic. We consider this as a sweet spot. We outreach to this list, We approx. 10-25% success rate.
So out of the 50 websites we outreach to meeting the criteria above. We expect to have 10 URLS that would be interested to work with us. Which the information would be made available on a worksheet, just like the sample above.
