I was thinking of this as well. Just don't know if anyone has been able to accomplish it with this method.
May need to do a case study myself tbh.

You can use bot+proxies to do some automatic searches in Google and you will see the search volume raise in Google Ads (and thus in other keyword tools) --> With a good bot, it works
You can also make some CPM pop under ads on advertising platform (with low consideration regarding quality...) that open the search url in Google with your keyword inside. The url should be something like : https://www.google.com/search?q=your+keyword --> I never tried myself but I see some who did this. You can test with very low CPM and get maybe 50K searches for less than $10.

Thanks I'll try that! Do you think sending like indian traffic to a google.de search page will add german volume to the searches or indian vokume ?

Are you trying to make more people search for a word or get more visitors to your website with that word? If it's the second option, begin with basic SEO.
If nobody will click on the results (so you don't need traffic to your site), then bots are the best option. If you want to gain something (like branded traffic), then going on a "bot war" with google is not going to help much. Not sure how risky it will be, but it won't help. Google is good at detecting bots (mostly).
Microworkers are a better option in this case. Just remember you'll have to keep it up, it will be a monthly cost for you.

The last time I did it was a few years ago. I made a cheap banner ad campaign (doesn't really matter which network) and make people curious about searching it. You can track conversions if you implement the pixel on every page of your site, assuming that the banners won't link to your site upon click (don't link to google because they'll associate these searches with the referral)
It won't last unless you support it with offline billboards or tv commercials, but you can get a couple of thousand searches a day pretty easily.

The number of searches for a keyword can not be directly increased because that depends on how people use the keyword. But you can make your content better for related keywords that get a lot of searches.
Making people aware of and interested in your product or service can also have an indirect effect on search volumes.

In my understanding create relevant articles to the keywords and it will could improve better search results but you must keep sharing articles in social media platforms.
