If you know local SEO and web design, just create a couple of good local sites and sell the leads to companies from that area. Rinse and repeat, and I think that reaching $1k/mo will just be your first goal.

Honest answer : it's not that easy to reach $1k/m via IM. But if you have enough skills for high paying clients, then it's better to open a thread in marketplace

Get rid of this mindset. You are not going to start a multinational.

You only need a small number of orders per month, which is doable no matter how saturated the market is. There are thousands of customers there every day. You only need one per day. There is a place for you, but you need to fight for it.

If you're saying, "oh! saturated," you've already lost before the battle even begins.

I have a lot of dropped domains, most of them are one word and have really good search volume. Problem might be that it is local domain - ccTLDs. What can i do with them? Should i buy server and host all of them and then put some ads and backlinks there?

You can create Shopify stores and sell them for 40$ each

You create 18 stores in 6 days with dsers of 3000 products each

In 20 days you have 40 stores that you sell for 1600$

You need 80 email addresses that you can create or buy

all the shopify stores should belong to dev account

It depends on how busy you wanna be. There are a lot of things to do; e-whoring and collecting leads via IG/FB, selling backlinks after investing in domains, reselling products when you find something valuable, creating websites, media buying for affiliate offers, freelancing, etc.
If I am not free and relaxed in the vertical that I picked, I m not feel comfortable with that money. So I always choose the most relaxed one. Even if it makes less money than others.

It really comes down to your skills and niche, assuming that you are proficient on what you said it would be fairly easy.

Can be hard when you are starting. But when you have some experience, you can make that easily per month. Many members here making much more than that.

Thanks for contribution. I can give 5-6 hours a day. I can create amazing wordpress sites. So, might look into creating BST thread here. I also like the idea of investing in domains and selling backlinks. I will be fine being uncomfortable. I need cash.

I can create wordpress sites and do local seo. I get lazy and procrastinate a lot. So, that creates issue for me.
