A better way is to apply for a good job first because you will have at least a stable income that will support your passion. Then try to create a website that will be one niche that can drive good traffic.

I believe finance is one of the niches where there is a good CPA.

But if you already have good skills you can sell it in the market place here.

You could also consider trying to build a $1k/month passive income. Based off your original post, if that amount can keep you stable, you can then use your time and knowledge to build and earn even more.
