How hard is it to make $1k/month?

Hey guys, I am new here. I want to ask how hard it is to make 1k usd per month. I have skills in local seo and web design. How much efforts do i have to make in order to reach this number? I have some serious mental blocks. 1k/month will be enough where i live (shithole). I am willing to do whatever it takes. Please guide me through. I am also willing to spend some savings to move faster to my goals.

It depends on your level of commitment (how many hours you’re willing to work) and what you’re willing to learn.

For web development, it’s best to learn things like html/css, as well as JS & other libraries/frameworks as well. The more you can learn, the more you can charge/make.

If you are a well-skilled person then you may open a sales thread and try the freelancing marketplace like fiverr, upwork. I think it won't be hard to make 1k.

I am not doing SEO but from what i have read it might take a while to generae traffic with SEO and with web design you can offer it as a service. Needless to say you can also offer SEO as a service

at first if you dont have any skill, you need to be wise. money is easy to get but its important to note that the value you give is essential. search anything here that you would like and apply it in a creative way thats when you start making value, dont focus on money because you will get doomed, focus on finding value instead

Invest in a couple of dropped domains with traffic.
Rebuild the sites.
Sell backlinks => $1k/month

If you know local SEO and web design, just create a couple of good local sites and sell the leads to companies from that area. Rinse and repeat, and I think that reaching $1k/mo will just be your first goal.

Earning 1k a month is possible via your website. Just remember that it wont happen the next month. Most of the site have to work for months with consistent efforts to reach there. Having patience is the key.

I can only work 3-4 hours a day right now. Willing to stretch it to 6 hours a day. I am skilled at local seo and wordpress websites (elementor). Thanks, I really want to reach my goals in next 3-4 months. I know html/css basics. Will learn js

People say the first million is the hardest for a reason.

You'll have to dedicate a lot more time and effort for the first 1k than you'll have to do for the second, if you get what I mean.

It gets easier the more you do it.

Isn’t fiverr and upwork very saturated? How is bhw marketplace?

Honest answer : it's not that easy to reach $1k/m via IM. But if you have enough skills for high paying clients, then it's better to open a thread in marketplace
