Hello, these are unlocked on all SMedias, low/no fraud score on most of our IPs, you can open a ticket on our discord to specify a requirement such as low fraud score.
We don't sell less than 25 IPs, that's our minimum package.
We do not resell, the pricing is a clear indication of that!
