sorry but i cant honestly not put positive here. Why? let me explain
first off i dont like people who promise something they cant deliver. and here is were most of my experience weight. I asked clearly if i pay now when can i receive the acc? he said 1 day max. this ended up 3 days instead.
I asked for a guide on how to run the acc safely. he replies with " yea put high budget so that youy can spend the whole ammount before the month ending" ? like that?

Instead when he messed up firstly saying
- Hey man sorry for the late delivery, im sorry. to make it up to u i can give u discount next time on next purchase. etc

but nothing.

so for this i cannot vote positive for this seller.
