Does anyone know a way to consistently beat TikTok's duplicate content detection algorithm?

Hey

So I'm currently reposting content from TikTok, but in 80 to 90 percent of the cases the algorithm catches it and barely shows it to any people. I edit all the videos I repost following the advice I found on this forum but still in most cases the results are negative.

Things I change/edit in all my videos:

- Download it with a tool that removes the watermark
- Mirror the video
- Zoom in 2 to 3 percent
- Speed it up or slow it down by 1 to 2 percent
- Add a little saturation
- Add new text/subtitles
- Remove old audio and add a new one

That's about it, is there something that I am missing that prevents my videos from beating TikTok's duplicate content detection algorithm? Or is there some completely different way to get around it? Any advice would be appreciated.

This is a very big topic on BHW, and we sadly don't have a lot of answers, we should start a GitHub project of a Python tool to make videos "unique" to TikTok using ffmpeg automatically.

Just a few suggestions from a former adult marketer who used black hat methods for most of my income: rotate the video frame itself to either left or right slightly, put some barely visible lines through the video. Delete random pixels from the video, very small.

How do you achieve that ? Is it code or ? Also, do you know if it works on TikTok?

Ok I'm not too familiar with the video editing programs but I used this on images using XVconvert which had a nice feature to process batches in any action you wanted to implement on said image.
But, I mean, we're talking about Tik Tok here. I have to think that CapCut does this and it's free. What do you think?

Have you considered erasing the video meta-data? It doesn't matter if you edit the entire video, somewhere there is still a signature of the original content.

I personnally use a Python script to achieve this - looks like it's working, but not 100% sure it's because of changing the video slightly and removing metadata

I use the ffmpeg-python library, and various ffmpeg filters, like hflip. Not hard to do to be honest.

Do you have success in bypassing duplicated content filters by using it? I'm familiar with ffmpeg and I've used it for multiple projects in the past

Hey! Can the "barely visible lines" be the default ones from Photoshop, white lines with 4% opacity for example, or do they need to be thicker?
Also, for random pixels deletion, did you use any software? I am trying to do this part with Python + ffmpeg but I have some hard times getting this done. Thanks

For videos and pics I always use a little old tool called "Video Spinner" it changes metadata and makes the video "unique" is that something similar?

You can make several pieces of content out of the 1 tiktok. Repurpose.io will do it all for you. Remove watermark, change metadata etc

A side note: this is just an idea, in fact, Tik Tok's massive budget allows them to fucking leap in front of everyone else in the fingerprint canvass arena, so that means probably none of this will work, lol. This is why I quit spamming about 2 years ago. But, always worth a shot...and don't listen to "bro its your proxies" or "change your ip". That type of thinking is 15 years too old, their security is way more advanced than this.
