Does anyone know a way to consistently beat TikTok's duplicate content detection algorithm?

Hey

So I'm currently reposting content from TikTok, but in 80 to 90 percent of the cases the algorithm catches it and barely shows it to any people. I edit all the videos I repost following the advice I found on this forum but still in most cases the results are negative.

Things I change/edit in all my videos:

- Download it with a tool that removes the watermark
- Mirror the video
- Zoom in 2 to 3 percent
- Speed it up or slow it down by 1 to 2 percent
- Add a little saturation
- Add new text/subtitles
- Remove old audio and add a new one

That's about it, is there something that I am missing that prevents my videos from beating TikTok's duplicate content detection algorithm? Or is there some completely different way to get around it? Any advice would be appreciated.

Are you sure, that your targeting configuration is correct? Because you are doing much more than enough ;)
It's not duplicate content issue ;)

I delete my exif data and enter a new time stamp. I notice that some videos I download from other spots have music attached. Once I see that I know that it was edited with capcut. I post that video to accounts I'm trying to build.

No one knows if what we do works.

Is that enough to trick TikTok in your experience? Also, would you mind sharing how you delete exif data and add a time stamp?

I looked around the net and most people seemed to recommend using ExifTool by Phil Harvey. I tried it but it was too complex for me, I had no idea what to keep and what to delete.
 
Well me i have original content created by me talking on camera and all my videos at 300 views so yea this social media altgoritms are very complicated

I used that and well, I deleted it all and clicked one of the settings that had a date. It was bad. My videos were limited in views.
 
please has anyone try using Ai generated video for Tik tok instead. How did it go
 
If you guys don’t know

look into potatso, can use proxies on your phone.
3U tools - virtual location (use this with your vpn and your SIM card)
exif app - remove / add exif data

That’s it for the targeting.

for the bypassing of duplicate content.. that I don’t know.

You say that my answers are pathetic? Same you are advicing him to use VPN and some GPS spoofer (TikTok is not using GPS for location).
TikTok will easily detect such stuff. Location must be disabled totaly. Also VPN is not working with TikTok. So many guys are pushing fake answers here.
But good luck, go with location spoofers and VPNs. Proxy on phone is also detectable by newbie app on both platforms. Apps can even switch to original IP from proxy or VPN! Especialy TikTok that have permissions to:

You know what these permission are doing? The possibility to check if you are using proxy, VPN, disable your connection, switch to direct connection, etc.
Tell me what is the permission required to do that ;)

Detecting the VPN on Android and iOS is few lines of codes.
Detecting the proxy is also possible because I done it myself in the past for my cash reward app to get rid of bots. It's not about the quality of proxy, but Android and iOS itself telling to app, that user have a proxy.

Maybe I am wrong..

but at the very least, I provided a path to go down.. which is what worked for me

perhaps they can do further testing or eliminating / adding onto my suggestions

any answer is better than

which is telling them to buy your offer without telling them to buy your offer..

Seven years ago, I started making money with YouTube by reuploading gameshows. Initially, all I had to do was cut 1/3 of the video's height and width, adjust the video speed up or down by about 10%, reverse the video, tilt the video a few degrees, and I could bypass YouTube's id content.
After a while, I had to cut 2/3 of the video's height and width to bypass YouTube Id content.
Some time later, I had to shrink the video into a small frame to be able to bypass YouTube.
This is a story from 7 years ago, and now it is 2023. AI has advanced to a new generation.
 
the things what you did are outdated. if you really serious about build a tiktok channel. Lets create content video by yourself or rent any ageny company to do this
 
TikTok won't show you duplicated videos, content you have already seen, spam,
or videos that the app deems upsetting. The “For You” feed generally won't
show two videos in a row made with the same sound or by the same creator.”
 
You can try changing everything to eliminate the possibility of being shadowbanned. Then try the following methods:
  • Add another video before the reposted video (like waves, forest,...)
  • Overlay someone else's video in the bottom corner (like a reaction video).
  • Add text and include voice-over.
In general, Tiktok likes it when you create original videos. Try to think of ways to make your video look like it was self-created.
 
Just a few suggestions from a former adult marketer who used black hat methods for most of my income: rotate the video frame itself to either left or right slightly, put some barely visible lines through the video. Delete random pixels from the video, very small.
