Are you starting from scratch? If you already have fans, you can create custom audience of people who engaged with you page within last 365 days. Then create a lookalike audience from your 1st audience

I think you answered your question yourself, test ali, ebay, amazon into separate ad sets. Also worth to define further each of the with 'engaged shoppers'.

You should split your budget to test it, then when you have results, scale up to get more. All of my clients are following this recipe and they are finding it very effective.
